I was surprised by how quickly it arrived. Shipping was faster than I thought it would be, if that makes sense.

I ordered the tiny kitchen set and it’s so sweet. It looked just like the photos, was packed really well, and arrived quickly too. I’m really happy with it, it’s such a lovely little piece.

I don’t really get the complaints because my order from Minimum World was completely fine. Everything I ordered showed up, nothing was missing, and there weren’t any wrong items thrown in. It was all exactly right, so yeah, I’m happy with it and would order again.

I thought the prices were fair overall. I’m not totally sure they’re always the cheapest out there, but for what I needed it seemed reasonable. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing, just kind of... okay.

I ordered from minimumworld.com and the payment part was hassle-free. As someone who always feels a bit cautious about entering card details on different sites, I was glad PayPal was an option.
The checkout didn’t take long at all, and the confirmation came through without any issues. There weren’t any random extra steps or confusing pages, which I really appreciated.

I’ve ordered from Minimum World a handful of times now, the delivery side of things has been consistent every time. The parcels usually show up when they’re meant to, and I really appreciate that the tracking details come through without me having to email or follow up with anyone, because that kind of thing can get a bit annoying when you’re waiting around for an order.
There was one parcel that ended up being delayed by a day, but they actually let me know about it, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. It still arrived safely and everything was fine when I opened it, so overall I’d say the service has been dependable and easy enough, which is really all I’m looking for when I order online.

The box was super sturdy, everything was wrapped so carefully, and there wasn’t a single broken piece or bent corner. I opened it like, okay wow, they REALLY did not come to play. You can tell someone actually took their time packing it up. Very happy with the whole thing.

I got a few little dollhouse pieces from Minimum World i just had a really good feeling when they arrived. I’d checked the sizes and details closely, and everything was pretty much exactly as described. The tiny kitchen jars and bits of furniture were weirdly adorable in person, like they just had that special little something.
Delivery was totally fine, and it was all packed nicely with nothing broken, which was a relief. The photos and measurements made it much easier to not mess up the scale, and I really appreciated that.
